在藥品研發(fā)中,大家肯定遇到在復(fù)核USP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的時(shí)候,總為不同的色譜柱而發(fā)愁,常常不能準(zhǔn)確的確定USP規(guī)定的色譜柱,以及與我們常用色譜柱的關(guān)系,本文主要?dú)w納一下USP色譜柱與我們常用色譜柱的關(guān)系。
L1和L8是美國(guó)藥典(USP)規(guī)定的色譜柱編號(hào),其實(shí)就是ODS柱和NH2柱。下面是USP規(guī)定的編號(hào)所對(duì)應(yīng)的色譜柱類(lèi)型。
L1:十八烷基鍵合多孔硅膠或無(wú)機(jī)氧化物微粒固定相,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)ODS柱
L2:30~50mm表面多孔薄殼型鍵合十八烷基固定相,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)C18柱
